IN WHICH CURRENCIES CAN PAYMENTS BE MADE?

  • Spain and Portugal: We currently only accept payments in Euros (€).
  • Rest of the world: We accept the local currency of each country.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE SECURITY CODE ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

The security code on a credit/debit card is the 3-digit number located to the right of the signature box on the back of the card. This 3-digit number is unique to each card and provides additional protection against fraud

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A TRANSACTION TO BE APPROVED?

After confirming your order, our Online Store automatically connects to our banking provider to verify the card and amount and receive authorization before completing the order. Once the order is accepted, we will immediately notify you that the purchase has been successfully completed.
