To return your order you must follow these steps, its very simple:

  1. Contact us via email at tiendaonline@atleticodemadrid.com to request the return form and provide us with some information to arrange a free pick-up at your home with our transport company in Spain. Outside Spain, the cost will be paid by the customer.
  2. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, notifying you via email.
  3. Please note that you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to make a return.
  4. We do not offer size exchanges. If you require a different size, you will need to return the item and place a new order with the correct size.

When making a return, it's essential to consider the following points:

  1. If the item shows clear signs of use, does not retain the original packaging (if the packaging constitutes an additional element or is part of the product), or the tags detailing the size, price, and characteristics of the item are not in perfect condition, we will not be able to accept the return.
  2. We do not accept returns for items that have been customized. This applies to any product that is modified from its original form and has been specifically requested by the customer. A shirt is considered customized if the player's number or a name of your choice is added. It is also considered customized if specially chosen patches are added according to your request.
  3. Items specially made according to your request (customizations and screen-printed shirts) can only be exchanged or refunded if they are defective and cannot be resolved by us.
  4. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for books, bottles, bottle openers, pitchers, mugs, glasses, pacifiers, baby accessories, headphones, socks/stockings, and all sealed products.
