To make a return you must consider the following points:

1. We do not carry out size exchanges or returns in our Official Physical Stores.

2. We do not make size exchanges online. If you want another size, you must return the item and place a new order with the correct size.

3. Remember that you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return an item.

4. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will refund you via the same payment method used for the purchase, notifying you by email.

5. If the item has obvious signs that it has been used, does not have the original packaging (provided that the packaging is an additional element or part of the product), or the labels detailing the size, price and characteristics of the product are not in perfect condition, we will not be able to accept the return.

6. We do not accept returns of items that have been personalized. This applies to any product that is modified from its original form and that has been specifically requested by the customer. A jersey is considered personalized if a player's number or a name of your choice is added. It is also considered personalized if specially chosen patches are added according to your request.

7. Items specially made according to your request (customizations and screen-printed jerseys) can only be exchanged or refunded if they are defective and cannot be remedied by us.

8. Books, bottles, bottles, jars, mugs, cups, glasses, soothers, baby accessories, headphones, socks/socks and all products that are delivered sealed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you want to return any item of your online order, you must follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us by email: tiendaonline@atleticodemadrid.com so that we can send you the return form and tell you how to send us the package.

2. The cost of international returns will be assumed by the customer, unless there is an error on the part of Atlético de Madrid.
