The content of your order and the delivery address determine the shipping service offered and what it will cost. We currently have the following shipping services:

Make sure you register a valid address where there is always someone who can pickup your package (home, work, etc...). SEUR will make up to two attempts to deliver your package and, if they are unsuccessful, they will deposit it at a pick up point, or, they will return it to us, so we will have to proceed to reimburse you for the items, except for the shipping costs.

We do our best to process and ship orders the same day they are placed, but it is not always possible. Please note the following points:

1. Occasionally, it is necessary for credit or debit cards to be subject to security checks to prevent fraudulent transactions on our website. This process could mean that your order is held for 24 hours.
2. Custom and/or printed t-shirts may take up to 3-4 days longer to process.
3. If there is high demand for a product, there may be delays in processing orders while waiting for stock to be delivered from our suppliers. In this case, we will notify you to provide you with an alternative option.
4. During peak periods (Christmas, end of season, Black Friday or other promotions) there may be an additional delay of 2 to 4 more business days to process the packaging and shipping of the order.
5. We are unable to ship to certain countries. Unfortunately, if your country of delivery is not on the list of countries we can ship to, we will not be able to process your order.
6. Customs duty costs will be charged once the package arrives in your destination country. Additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges nor can we predict the amount. There is great variability in customs policies from country to country, so we advise you to contact your customs office for more information.

How to check the status of your order?

To check the status of your order, you have several options available. With your user account, you can access the chatbot, where, by clicking on “Order”, you will be provided with updated information on the status of your purchase.

You can also check the status of your order through the customer area. To do so, log in to your account, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select My Orders. There you will find detailed information on both your current order and your order history.
